Chart View of LPKR (Price as of 14.50 WIB), By Saelsita Stocks.

LPKR or PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is an Indonesia-based residential and commercial urban developer. The main activities of LPKR include urban development, large scale integrated development, retail malls, healthcare, hospitals and infrastructure and property and portfolio management. Its urban development projects including Lippo Village, Lippo Cikarang, Tanjung Bunga, Royal Serpong Village, and San Diego Hills Memorial Park. LPKR is a member of the Lippo Group (Idnfinancials 2017). 

The last price of LPKR was 740. Since 16 Nov 2016, LPKR's market price moves sideways with range 690-815. The nearest support (S1) of LPKR is 700-690 and the nearest resistant (R1) is 775-785. The chart of LPKR is shown below:



 The RSI line is at 50 and near to but above its signal. The MACD line is almost at 0 with position above its signal line. Both indicators show market price of LPKR is moved sideway. LPKR current market price is between its MA lines (short and medium term) while its MA200 line is approximately at 915. The longer Volume MA line is above its shorter Volume MA line which indicate the decrease of shares volume traded. The candlestick show only small changes in the price.

Conclusion:
None of the indicators used show an indication of trend change. Therefore it is better for someone, with a long term period, to use Buy on Support (BoS) strategy for LPKR while wait for the breakout to be happened. A breakout from LPKR's resistant sideways range will confirm the entry time for trend followers.

Ambil Untung Sebagian Pada Saham SHIP

Pada tanggal 23 Juni 2020, disampaikan bahwa ada peluang di saham SHIP  klik ( Ada Peluang di Saham Sillo Maritim Perdana Tbk - SHIP ) . Sesuai prediksi yang disajikan, penulis mengaktifkan fitur trailing stop -nya pada area resisten terdekat di harga 600 ( highest sejak tanggal 25 Juni 2020) untuk sebagian kecil porsi (mengurangi bobot)  sahamnya   untuk mengantisipasi penurunan harga ke depannya. Ternyata pergerakan harga saham SHIP pada hari ini mengenai trailing stop yang telah di-set penulis. Sebagian kecil saham  SHIP  pun terjual di harga Rp600 dan Rp595/saham. Dari transaksi ini penulis menghasilkan Net Profit Margin ( NPM ) 7,4% . Saham ini masih berpotensi menuju major resisten terdekatnya di 635-640 (jika mampu melewati high di 610).
