Chart View of BSDE (22 Mar 2017), By Saelsita Stocks.

BSDE or PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk is engaged in real estate development activities. BSDE has been developing a new city, which is a planned and integrated residential area, with amenities/infrastructure, environmental facilities and parks, called the BSD City. BSDE's Group operates under the group of PT Paraga Artamida (Idnfinancials 2017).

BSDE was closed at 1885 today with the nearest resistant (R1) at 1885-1940 while the nearest support (S1) is 1825-1770. Since 11 Nop 2016, BSDE moves sideway with range 1675-1940. BSDE's chart is shown below:

The RSI and MACD indicators show an uptrend. The RSI is in point 55 while MACD lines are below 0. If one looks at the candlestick body, it quite a big body which is supported by the volume moving average (VMA). The VMA lines show a golden cross (GC) formation. Dari garis MA harganya, diketahui bahwa garis-garis MA dengan jangka pendek sampai dengan yang lebih panjang berada di bawah candlestick, kecuali garis MA jangka panjangnya yang masih berada di atas candlesticknya. From the candlesticks formation, one can see that a gap down price was happened 10 Nop to 11 Nop 2016.

Conclusion:

RSI, MACD, VMAs, MAs, and candlestick indicators indicate that a positive change in the current trend will happen in the coming days. However, it might be better for someone to wait for confirmation or a breakout of its resistant range of its sideways trend (R1) first before entering (buying), or Buy on Weakness (BoW) near its support line (S1) for those who are willing to take more risk. The author 1st target price for BSDE is for the market price to close its gap at 2070.

Today, JSMR was closed at 5350 with opening at 5425, highest at 5500, and lowest at 5275. JSMR's RSI line formed dead cross formation on Aug 3 and the closing price was below its shortest MA's line. With today's closing price, the MACD line also formed dead cross formation. Thus, the writer decided to sell some of its portfolio at the post closed period. Profit Taking Pada Saham LPPF - Matahari Department Store Tbk

Sebelumnya telah disampaikan bahwa ada peluang di saham LPPF pada link LPPF ini . Pembelian telah dilakukan pada tgl. 9 Oktober 2020. Pada tanggal 23 Oktober ( post closed ), penulis melakukan profit taking pada saham LPPF di harga 985 karena munculnya sentimen negatif berupa news kinerja LPPF Q3 yang masih rugi pada link ini . Keputusan merealisasikan keuntungan tipis tersebut diambil karena news tersebut dan pergerakan harga sahamnya yang downtrend sehingga dilakukan mitigasi risiko capital loss dengan melakukan aksi jual sahamnya walaupun dengan marjin keuntungan bersih pada kisaran <=5% saja. Profit Taking (Closed All Position) at BMTR

Sebelumnya saya telah menjual sebagian portfolio saya di saham BMTR (Global Mediacom Tbk). Detail -nya dapat dilihat disini . Hari ini saya menjual sisa portfolio saya di saham BMTR karena 3 candle terakhir pada saham BMTR membentuk formasi Lower Low ( LL ) dan Lower High ( LH ). Sisa BMTR saya terjual di 650 pada saat post-closed . Sebenarnya keputusan ini cukup spekulatif karena indikator yang lain, walaupun belum mendeteksi sinyal reversal , tetapi mengindikasikan bahwa penurunannya mulai tertahan. Indikator yang dimaksud adalah bahwa: 1) Hari ini harga BMTR ditutup naik Rp10 ke 650, dan 2) indikator RSI terlihat mendatar/flat walaupun masih berada dekat area overbought .
